How to become a pilot in Sri Lankan Airlines ?

First let's look at the qualifications required to apply to Sri Lankan Airlines. Image below is an advertisement
published, regarding the cadet pilot intake.
Let's focus on the basic qualifications mentioned under "Cadet pilot" section. Required qualifications are,
1) A valid CPL/IR and a frozen ATPL issued by CAASL.
2) Mutli Engine Rating .
3) Age below 35 years for the mentioned date.
Required academic qualifications are,

Six passes at G.C.E (O/L) examination with four credit passes including English, Mathematics and Physics or Science in one sitting.

Two passes or more at G.C.E (A/L) examination in one sitting excluding General English
Or
-
Bachelor's Degree approved by the University grant commission.
**But SriLankan Airlines may take the requirement of a degree mandatory with effect from 1st January
2020.
If you have the above discussed qualifications, you are eligible to apply for a cadet pilot post at Sri
Lankan Airlines.
